Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accompanying certifications and documentation.
Return Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items received after the 30-day period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or damaged product.
Exchanges: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will proceed with an exchange, as per your preference.Â
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and any customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are deemed defective or damaged upon receipt. We do not offer refund
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
